Young Adult Women
There isn't a right way to navigate your 20s and 30s, you just do. But it's okay if you need a little help along the way. Our young adult years are characterized by trying to find ourselves whether that be through our careers, friendships, hobbies, romantic relationships, health, or identity. A lot of times that process comes with some pretty high highs and low lows. Maybe your boss won't give you the promotion you've asked for a dozen times, maybe work isn't your focus, but your friendships are lacking. Maybe you have a 10 year plan that's causing stress, maybe you don't know what you're having for dinner. Maybe you've been struggling in your long-term relationship, maybe you can't even bring yourself to respond to that person on Hinge. Whatever your experience, you're welcome here, because I've been there too. Let's figure it out together. I welcome women of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and racial and ethnic backgrounds.
College & Graduate Students
Students are some of my favorite people to help because being in college and graduate school is such a unique time. During undergrad, you're on your own for the first time, figuring out how to balance classes, social life, and adulting. It's such a life-changing experience that's filled with soon-to-be memories, but it can also be an emotionally turbulent time riddled with stress, drama, heartbreak, insecurity, loneliness, questions, and anxiety. It's no wonder you may feel like you need a hand navigating it all! As for graduate students, I have helped numerous law students, masters students, PhD students, and medical students balance the life changes that occur in their 20s with the most advanced studies they have yet to endure. You don't have to do it all alone, I'm here to offer my support.

Current or Soon-to-Be Brides
This is supposed to be the happiest time of your life right? Except it's...not. Or at least not what you expected. We get spoon-fed a fantasy that proposals, engagements, wedding planning, and marriage are all supposed to be blissful and easy, when, in fact, most of the time they're complicated. Perhaps your engagement was something you dreamt about a million times, but you've found that things aren't meeting your expectations whether it be because your partner isn't on the same page or you are feeling riddled with anxiety and doubt. Not to mention having to navigate difficult family dynamics, financial guilt and stress, and what it means for your identity that you are going to be a wife and have to plan your future with someone else. It's a lot. Name it, and I've been in your shoes, but even if I haven't, my experience working with women who want to be or are engaged gives me the confidence to help you steer the ship and ride the storm. I'll just man the sails.
